美国罗德岛海洋学院博士、民盟盟员。2015 年创办"海图智能科技"，开始研发水下机器人、伴游机器人、电动乡镇船舶等产品。任海图智能、海图机器人董事长、产品设计师、流体结构工程师、开发总工程师、产品经理、项目负责人。已经申请专利一百三十余项。

Su Peng, male, born in 1980, a native of Fu’an

Branch Chairman of the China Democratic League and a member of the Provincial Association of Private Entrepreneurs. He is the founder of Haitu Intelligent Technology, as well as a fluid mechanics and industrial design engineer, founder, chairman of the board, and legal representative. He holds a Master’s degree in Broadcasting and Television Engineering from the Communication University of China and is a Ph.D. at the Graduate School of Oceanography, University of Rhode Island, USA.

2003

Worked in technical positions at Fujian Television.

2008

Joined the Fujian Provincial Department (Bureau) of Ocean and Fisheries.

2016

Left his post to establish Haitu Intelligent Technology and has been engaged in entrepreneurship for nine consecutive years as a serial entrepreneur. The company focuses on the independent R&D, design, and manufacturing of small ROV and AUV marine underwater robots.It has successfully replaced imported products and established itself as the expert in this field in China.The company has been recognized as a Provincial High-Tech Enterprise, a National High-Tech Enterprise, and a “Gazelle” Enterprise, and won Second Prize in the Artificial Intelligence category of the Ministry of Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition at the Fujian provincial level, ranking tenth nationwide.

2019

The company was included in the Fuzhou Municipal Government Work Report of the Two Sessions, and received guidance and attention from senior leaders, including Fujian Provincial Party Secretary Yu Weiguo (twice), Governor Wang Ning, Pei Jinjia (then in office), Zhou Ji, President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Gao Yunlong, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice Governors Li Dejin and Huang Qiyu, and Lin Shanqing, Deputy Director of the State Oceanic Administration.

2023

Listed as a key project of the city’s marine economy and a key project under the “Maritime Fuzhou” initiative.

2024

Designated by the Provincial Department of Commerce, Haitu underwater robots were exhibited in Liaoning under the leadership of Governor Zhao Long.
